Career page: The URL generated for posting a job for English-speaking accounts changes from l=fr?l=en to l=en, thus ensuring the page displays correctly.

“Education and licences” widget: Display corrected for the degree value which was showing under the label “Country”.
Jobs — Status: Automatic switch to “offline” is applied for cancelled and filled positions.
Folks Payroll
Fix for synchronization of payroll exclusions between Folks and NMBR: when an employee is excluded from payroll in Folks, they are also excluded on the NMBR side.
“Send to payroll” button: hours from approved and locked timesheets are now correctly transmitted to the payroll system without requiring multiple attempts.
Fix for timesheet transfer to NMBR for employees returning to work whose hours were not being synced to payroll.

Agency recruiters can now select the job type Position to fill or Permanent when creating, to better qualify and distinguish assignments.

It is now possible to have two bank accounts for payroll. These accounts are configurable in the compensation tab of the employee profile. It is possible to choose a split by % or by $ amount.
Manual exclusion of an employee between payroll periods: when an employee is manually removed from a payroll period (button “included”), they remain automatically excluded from subsequent periods, without further HR manager intervention.

• Recruiters can now segment unsolicited applications by Client and by Department.
• Metadata can be automatically injected via our API for perfect synchronization with your third-party tools.

• Step typing: you can now mark any custom step as being of type Interview or Offer.

It is now possible to post jobs on the CareerBeacon and Canada Motor Jobs job sites. When publishing a job externally on a job board, the option to post on these two new boards will be available. You can access the configuration for these job boards by going to Parameters > Integrations.👉 Note: The Easy Apply feature is not available for these two job boards. However, you can use the redirect option to the career page.
Mobile App
- Document viewer is now also available on mobile: the viewer allows all employee documents (with the exception of company documents) to be displayed directly in the mobile application.

- Ability to include or exclude statuses from the advanced search module. Go to Positions > Job List, select the one you want to view, and click on the magnifying glass icon to perform an advanced search. You will then be able to filter by status.

- Improvements to the candidate preview. Whether you're viewing the list or kanban of candidates for a position, the preview is now more complete than ever. The new header allows you to perform several actions across different tabs: information, correspondence, interviews, documents, history. Comments from the recruitment team are now also permanently visible on the right.
With a single click, it is now possible to change the candidate's recruiter and move them through the stages of the process. Now, all actions can be performed from the candidate's preview.

New internal/external reference feature added. It is now possible for recruiters to associate references with a candidate's application. The types of references available are: internal (user or employee) or external. Once linked, you can generate detailed reports and manage references efficiently using smart data entry.

- You can now choose which e-mail address to use for automated mailings in a process. In Parameters > Module Configuration > Process, when creating or modifying a process, a new field is available allowing you to add the e-mail address from which automated e-mails will be sent. - Clicking on an expense account or training expense awaiting approval from the home page now correctly redirects to the appropriate HR calendar period.
Folks 2.0
- End date of employment is now visible in the corporate information section of the employee's profile. The end date will only be visible there if the employee's status is terminated and the end date has been reached (past date or corresponds to today's date). This information will not be visible to the employee concerned.
⚠️ It is not possible to change the end date directly from the corporate profile. This must be done by editing the status, accessible to the right of the employee's profile photo. - It is now possible to configure overtime settings without any issues.
- Users who need access to their disciplines can now view them.
- Document titles are now displayed correctly for files with apostrophes in their names (imported from the classic Folks version).

New Features in Folks 2.0
Employee document sharing and organization
Any user with View and edit permission for documents in an employee's profile to which they have access can now share documents with the employee and organize them into folders (see Document management in Folks 2.0 employee profile).
Profile picture management
It is now possible to add a picture to your own employee profile. You can also edit, delete, or download the picture. To learn more about this feature click here.

Improvements
Folks 2.0 training videos: You can now watch or register for training sessions for administrators in the Folks 2.0 section. Videos for managers and employees are also available.

Expense accounts: Several improvements and fixes in the expense account pages. Discover the adjustments in the Expense Account section. Among other things, you'll see that it's now possible to edit a rejected expense account request and resend it.

API:
- When creating a V2 API key, you can now specify an expiration date, control access to employees' sensitive (SIN, salary and banking information) and personal information, and select access rights for each item. You can also edit a key's parameters (see Generate/Edit a Folks API Key).
- A new endpoint has been added to manage custom fields. It allows you to define a value for a company or employee custom field (see Create/Edit Custom Fields via API).

Employee summary: New payroll and salary information is available in the employee summary, depending on your access rights.
- Certificate management: New information such as organizational structures and supervisor are available on the certificate management page.

Glow navigation and widgets
To offer you the best browsing experience, we have modified the main menu and header of Glow. These changes are designed to facilitate access to key areas of the platform. For more information, see Navigate in Glow.
We have also modified the style of certain interface elements, such as the home widgets (formerly in the dashboard).
Folks mobile application
We've refreshed our mobile application. Visit the new Help Center section for all the details!

Performance evaluation
The following features are now available in the performance evaluation module.

Editing the configuration on an ongoing process: In the performance evaluation process page, when you click the ellipsis
of an ongoing process and select Edit, you can choose when your changes will be applied, either from the next occurrence or from now on and for future evaluation. Payworks + Folks integration

Folks new features
Performance evaluation
New features are available in the performance evaluation module.

Changing an evaluator for all employees they are responsible of evaluating: Change the evaluator for all employees with the same evaluator in an ongoing process by clicking the ellipsis
of the process and selecting Change evaluator (see Change an evaluator in a process In progress).

Canceling an ongoing process: In the Admin section, you can now cancel an ongoing process to cancel evaluations for all employees. Simply click the ellipsis
of the process and select Cancel current evaluation. The process status will then change to Ready for the next occurrence.
Canceling the evaluation will result in the permanent and irreversible deletion of all current evaluations. Stay tuned, as it will soon be possible to restart a process that has been canceled.
Agendrix + Folks integration
Folks HR now offers integration possibilities with Agendrix, an employee scheduling and management solution This means smoother, more centralized management of schedules, for greater efficiency and a better employee experience.

New to Glow Talents? We're here to help you every step of the way. Check out our new Getting Started tutorials in the Glow Talents section.
Remember to register for one of our group training sessions if you haven't already. By completing the training, you'll be able to plan your migration and start benefiting from Glow's many features.
For our existing users, we've made some improvements to the ATS, including :
- Notification by e-mail and by the platform when a spontaneous application is received. Also applies to candidates already in the database.
- All spontaneous applications can be displayed and filtered by date on the Glow career site
- Ability to add multiple email signatures
- Validation of Jobboom integration documentation (Contact us to obtain it!)
- Addition of a resource center containing several useful shortcuts in the bottom right-hand corner of the platform

Performance evaluation
Here are the new features available in the performance evaluation module.

Adding and removing participants in a process In progress: It is now possible to add and remove employees in an ongoing evaluation process (see Add/delete an employee in an evaluation process in progress).
- To add an employee, click the ellipsis
of the process and select Add employee to evaluation. Adding an employee to the process will only include them in the supervisor’s evaluation and in the self-evaluation, if applicable.
- To remove an employee, click the ellipsis
of the employee and select Delete evaluation. This action will remove all evaluations where the employee is the evaluated or the evaluator in the process.
- To add an employee, click the ellipsis

Changing an employee’s evaluator in an ongoing process: You can also change an employee’s evaluator in an ongoing evaluation process.
Please note that it will soon be possible to change the evaluator for all employees in an ongoing process. - Approving an evaluation: When creating an evaluation process, in the Results Management Section, a new option Request a reading confirmation allows users to confirm that they have read the manager’s assessment. The reading confirmation request will be sent when the evaluation’s results are shared to the employee.
Glow Talents and customizable ATS link in Folks
On September 17, Folks was proud to announce the strategic acquisition of Glow Talents, an applicant management software (ATS), with the aim of strengthening its offering of innovative HR solutions to meet the current and future needs of its customers.
To facilitate access to Glow from Folks, you can change the Recruitment link in Folks to your Glow link (the link to the platform or your career page, for example) by adding it to the Career site field on the Company control page (see Provide access to the ATS from the HRIS).
