This release introduces structured application archiving and renaming of the system's default process stages.
📢 Legacy ATS retires on December 31 (see Folks ATS Transition).
New Features
- Application archiving with custom archive reasons: Recruiters can now remove candidates from a process from the job's candidates and the candidate mini-profile, while documenting the reason. Twelve reasons are available by default. They can be renamed, reordered, deactivated or supplemented with new ones (see Archiving applications in Folks ATS).
- Custom names for the system's default process stages: You can rename the system's seven default process stages to reflect your organization's reality. The change applies to all jobs in the organization without affecting statistics, exports or integrations. You can always restore the default name. Note that this operation can be performed from the settings and the Kanban view. Contact our team to activate this feature.
Improvements
- Modernized navigation menu: The navigation menu now follows the same style as the HRIS menu. Sections, access rights and destinations remain the same. The expanded or collapsed state of the menu is remembered from one page and session to the next.
- Viewing resumes in the candidate mini-profile: The résumé opens to the left of the side panel and remains displayed when you move to the next or previous candidate. The document updates automatically without having to reopen the view.
- New articles: We added an article about recruitment campaigns (see Creating and managing a recruitment campaign in Folks ATS). We also added an article about configuring clients and operating sites (see Introduction to the Companies section in Folks ATS).
Fixes
- Job display: A job remains visible on the career page regardless of its title, and it is now possible to publish through the API without keeping the Folks career page active.
-
Forms:
- The risk of closing a long interview form without saving has been eliminated.
- An interview form can no longer be submitted if questions marked Required are empty.
- In the PDF formatting of forms, line breaks are preserved and answers are displayed below the questions instead of to the right.
-
Interviews:
- Candidate notification is now optional, as it is during creation.
- The URL link field in interview messages can be entered again.
-
Career page:
- The “$” currency symbol is now displayed before the amount on an English-language career site.
- The 404 error on an active career page has been fixed.
- Indeed integration: The address in the Reply email field is used by default, which resolves account-matching issues.
- Home page: The My candidates widget no longer displays duplicates on the home page.
- CRM search: The active/inactive client filter in CRM search now works correctly.
- AI analysis: AI résumé analysis no longer displays the same skill twice in the selector.
- Data imports: Permissions on résumé folders are restored after a data import.
