This release transforms the end-to-end sourcing experience. The new LinkedIn plugin captures LinkedIn profiles directly into the ATS, advanced search becomes a true workstation with talent pools and export, and the candidate profile opens in a contextual sidebar with AI summary, messaging, and integrated collaboration.
New Features
- New LinkedIn plugin: Add the Folks extension on Chrome or Edge and log into the ATS to add candidates or update them if they already exist in the ATS. When viewing a LinkedIn profile, the plugin displays candidate information (skills, experience, etc.) and allows you to assign them to a job. You can also edit the candidate’s skills and add notes.
- New advanced search interface: Advanced search is accessible in a sidebar. View results to open the search and save it if needed. The saved search will contain all active filters. Each time a candidate matches the same filter selection, they will be automatically added to this search.
- Enhanced candidate profile view: The mini-profile now appears in a sidebar showing the overview, activities, notes, information, messaging, and documents. Navigate between candidates using the arrows at the bottom.
Improvements
- Send SMS to candidates from their profile: If a mobile number is provided and Twilio is configured in your integrations, an SMS icon becomes clickable directly on the candidate’s profile. Send a text message from a simple window, with success or failure confirmation.
- AI resume analysis: Adding a candidate via AI analysis is now faster and more reliable: email, phone, and address can be edited directly in the analysis window (undetected fields are clearly shown as missing rather than hidden). Duplicate email checking prevents duplicate profiles, and you can enter a contextual comment at the time of addition without reopening the profile.
- AI summary of scorecards available in view mode: The “Generate with AI” button on evaluation cards is now accessible directly in view mode, without needing to switch to edit mode. The generated text remains fully editable before saving.
- Consent sent upon candidate creation: The consent request is now sent at the exact moment a candidate is added, with no additional steps. This applies to both manual addition and addition via the Chrome extension.
Note: what used to be called custom statuses is now called tags. In the configuration settings, the term candidate statuses is now called Tags.
Fixes
- Navigation menus accessible after managing a view: Notification and profile menus become usable again after closing a job view window, without needing to refresh the tab.
- Minor interface fixes: The candidate creation confirmation can now be closed directly with the X button, without having to click “View candidate.” The Google SSO login button displays correctly in English in the English interface.
