Improvements
Folks HRIS
- Holidays tab moved: Holidays are now managed in a dedicated tab under Company > Norms. You can now prevent duplicates, add a translation for each oliday and create separate holidays for Canada and the United-States (see Configuring Holidays in Folks).
- Active employees shown by default in evaluation monitoring tab: In the evaluation monitoring view, the Employment status filter now shows only active employees by default.
Folks Payroll
- Hiring province now required: The Hiring province field is now mandatory.
Fixes

- Timesheet : Holidays now apply only to employees in the province for which they were configured.

Onboarding & offboarding :
- Incomplete onboarding tasks for a terminated employee are now marked as completed.
- Managers no longer receive reminder emails for incomplete tasks tied to inactive employees.
- The search bar on the offboarding page is working correctly again.
- The offboarding summary export is available again.
- E-Signature : All electronic signature templates are now available again when sending a signature request.
