Integration of Folks ATS with two new job boards: CareerBeacon and Canada Motor Jobs
It is now possible to post jobs on the CareerBeacon and Canada Motor Jobs job sites. When publishing a job externally on a job board, the option to post on these two new boards will be available. You can access the configuration for these job boards by going to Parameters > Integrations.👉 Note: The Easy Apply feature is not available for these two job boards. However, you can use the redirect option to the career page.
Mobile App
- Document viewer is now also available on mobile: the viewer allows all employee documents (with the exception of company documents) to be displayed directly in the mobile application.

The filter for Recent Employees displays employees correctly: shows only hires from 3 months or less.
When submitting an expense account request, the second approver receives an e-mail.
The Save button is visible when an onboarding or offboarding task is assigned to an inactive employee.Â
In the career and certification module, the number of documents displayed is the right one. Â
