Launch of a new user experience for Folks
We're happy to announce the launch of a new user experience!
This will be rolled out to all our customers over the coming months. Your Customer Success Advisor will contact you to guide you through this transition.
Here's a summary of what's new for you. For full details, see our announcement: A new Folks awaits you.
-
Improved navigation - Find what you're looking for more easily with a reorganized main menu and new search bar.
-
New employee profile - View all an employee's information by browsing the various available tabs, and centralize their documents in one place.
- Single Sign-On (SSO) - Access the platform via your own professional login and password, in complete simplicity and security.
A webinar is scheduled for June 5 at 2:30 pm to introduce you to this new Folks. Register now!
Have you spotted our new logo? A more modern design, reflecting who we are today (and where we're going 🚀). We hope you like it as much as we do! 💛
Glow officially becomes Folks ATS
We're also happy to announce that Glow officially becomes Folks ATS.
This change is cosmetic only - no functionality has been added, modified or removed.
Bug fixes
-
Expense accounts: Fixed a bug where the attachments indicator would not show the number of files to confirm that there were invoices in the detailed analysis page for a restricted expense account.
-
Disciplines: Fixed a bug that prevented attachments from being added to the disciplines module.
- Import: Fixed a bug when importing from a file in a system with bilingual organizational structures, where the importer would only validate with the English wording to see if the structures already existed.
