This release includes the following items:

🚀 New Features

Folks 2.0 - E-signature module integration with employee documents

• Newly signed documents are now automatically sent to the Documents tab of the employee’s profile.

• Option to manually send electronic signature documents directly to the employee’s profile (for older documents).

• New filter in the employee’s documents tab: “Signed by employee”, making it easier to identify signed documents.

ATS Folks - Consent Forms (September 4th)

• New feature allowing you to create consent forms with an expiration date.

• New tab listing candidates whose consent forms have expired.

✨ Improvements

• “My Team” filter in Folks 2.0 now displays the employees assigned to each supervisor.

• New look for the mobile app ✨. Employees can now add, change, or remove their own profile photo.

🛠 Bug Fixes

HRIS

• Fixed an issue that prevented the saving of department names containing parentheses and/or apostrophes.
• Notification emails for electronic signatures are now sent in French when the user’s language is set to French.
• Clicking on an expense account or training expense awaiting approval from the home page now correctly redirects to the appropriate HR calendar period.

Folks 2.0

• End date of employment is now visible in the corporate information section of the employee's profile. The end date will only be visible there if the employee's status is terminated and the end date has been reached (past date or corresponds to today's date). This information will not be visible to the employee concerned. 
  ⚠️ It is not possible to change the end date directly from the corporate profile. This must be done by editing the status, accessible to the right of the employee's profile photo.
• It is now possible to configure overtime settings without any issues.
• Users who need access to their disciplines can now view them.
• Document titles are now displayed correctly for files with apostrophes in their names (imported from the classic Folks version).

ATS

• Fixed an issue that lead users to a page not found upon login. 

• It is now possible to send contracts for signature through Dropbox Sign without any issues.

• It is now possible to send contracts for signature through Docu Sign without any issues.
