New Features in Folks 2.0
Employee document sharing and organization
Any user with View and edit permission for documents in an employee's profile to which they have access can now share documents with the employee and organize them into folders (see Document management in Folks 2.0 employee profile).
Profile picture management
It is now possible to add a picture to your own employee profile. You can also edit, delete, or download the picture. To learn more about this feature click here.

Improvements
Folks 2.0 training videos: You can now watch or register for training sessions for administrators in the Folks 2.0 section. Videos for managers and employees are also available.
Bug fixes
HRIS Folks (Classic)
- Union name changes are now correctly reflected in employee files.
- File notes and discipline remain visible as expected in employee files.
- Responsible users can now assign a supervisor without error.
- When adding a training entry, warning messages are now displayed consistently.
- Sending a document for signature via eSignature now works correctly again.
- An English description on the user page has been corrected.
- Apostrophes are now displayed correctly in the detailed accident analysis.
Folks 2.0
- Activating a profile now correctly reactivates the associated employee.
- Apostrophes and special characters are now correctly displayed in the company name.
- From the home page, the “Offboarding” link now redirects to the correct section.
Mobile app
- Login now works correctly for all access types.
