Folks Payroll New Feature
Accounting entries are now available in the payroll module!
Accounting entries translate each payroll into debit and credit lines ready to be exported to your accounting system.
Thanks to tags, you can automate the accounting allocation of payroll according to your internal structures, which avoids having to redo this sorting work manually for each pay cycle (see Creating Tags in Folks Payroll).

- Automatic renewal of supervisors' goals: It is now possible to enable automatic renewal of supervisors' goals in the settings.
Folks ATS
- Indeed integration automation: It is no longer necessary to send the XML feed link to your Indeed representative. Job postings are now published directly on Indeed. Updates and closures of postings are also synchronized, and applications received are directly routed to the ATS (see Posting Jobs on Indeed).
- Finalizing staffing data: The end date must be entered when a position ends, so that staffing statistics and calculated timeframes accurately reflect reality.
Folks Payroll
- Time import via Excel: It is now possible to import an Excel file in the time import, in addition to CSV.
- Management of employees without registration number: support for employees who do not have a registration number during payroll processing
- View customization: It is now possible to customize the columns displayed on the Payroll Preparation page.
Fixes
Folks HRIS
- Requests - Absences: Modifying an absence now generates the correct hours and days for statutory holidays.
- Expense accounts: The meal amount is now consistent between the list view and the detailed view of an expense account.

Timesheet:
- Overtime banked entered in the timesheet now correctly transfers to the Overtime module.
- The distribution of hours to accumulate from the timesheet now generates the expected entry in Overtime.
- The error message blocking the approval of a timesheet now mentions expense accounts, in both French and English.
- A locked timesheet now protects the absence requests linked to it.

Performance evaluation:
- Triggering a process on the same day now works correctly.
- The score of an evaluation now displays correctly in the action menu and in the results.
- The number of attachments shown in evaluation results is now accurate.
- Toolkit: .doc files were being rejected at validation.
- Electronic signature: Sending an electronic signature reminder now works.
- Reports: The Annual Vacation field is now exported in the employee summary report.
- Integrations: Sending an employee outside Quebec in "Add" mode now transmits the correct information.
- API v2: The employee Comments field was not saved despite a success response.
Folks ATS
- Job list: Searching by job/request number is now possible.
- Calendar: The last name is no longer placed before the first name in the calendar.

- The View File button no longer produces an error.
