This release completes unified messaging with two major improvements: candidate text message replies finally appear in their profiles, and a new team view lets you follow all conversations from a central dashboard.
AI resume analysis also now suggests relevant open positions right after a resume is analyzed.
New features
- Candidate text message replies visible in the ATS: Until now, the ATS could send text messages, but candidate replies weren't visible. They now appear in the Messaging tab of the candidate mini-profile, alongside email and LinkedIn messages (see Unified Messaging in Folks ATS).
- Team view and “Recent messages” widget on the home page: A new widget shows the 50 most recent messages with candidates, with unread messages first. You can filter them by channel and by direction. Administrators can also give specific users access to all messages on a candidate profile, not just their own. These users can switch between All messages and My messages.
Improvement
- AI-recommended positions after resume analysis: After an AI resume analysis, a Recommended positions section suggests the open positions that best match the candidate. All open positions are still available, and you can add the candidate to a position in one click with the Assign button.
Fixes
- Applications: The masculine gender is now saved correctly when submitting a quick application. For the API, the value 0 (male) in the gender field is now saved correctly (see https://api.folksats.app/documentation/).
- Candidate search: The City column in the candidate search once again displays the correct information.
- Recruiting campaigns: The Last name field has been renamed to Name on the credit card.
- Statistics: Hires made in custom processes are now counted in the DEI statistics.
- Roles and permissions: Administrators can once again edit a role’s access without getting an error message.
