New features

Performance evaluation

Here are the new features available in the performance evaluation module.

  • Adding and removing participants in a process In progress: It is now possible to add and remove employees in an ongoing evaluation process (see Add/delete an employee in an evaluation process in progress).

    • To add an employee, click the ellipsisellipse.pngof the process and select Add employee to evaluation. Adding an employee to the process will only include them in the supervisor’s evaluation and in the self-evaluation, if applicable.
    • To remove an employee, click the ellipsisellipse.pngof the employee and select Delete evaluation. This action will remove all evaluations where the employee is the evaluated or the evaluator in the process.
  • Changing an employee’s evaluator in an ongoing process: You can also change an employee’s evaluator in an ongoing evaluation process.
    Please note that it will soon be possible to change the evaluator for all employees in an ongoing process.

  • Approving an evaluation: When creating an evaluation process, in the Results Management Section, a new option Request a reading confirmation allows users to confirm that they have read the manager’s assessment. The reading confirmation request will be sent when the evaluation’s results are shared to the employee.

Glow Talents and customizable ATS link in Folks

On September 17, Folks was proud to announce the strategic acquisition of Glow Talents, an applicant management software (ATS), with the aim of strengthening its offering of innovative HR solutions to meet the current and future needs of its customers.

To facilitate access to Glow from Folks, you can change the Recruitment link in Folks to your Glow link (the link to the platform or your career page, for example) by adding it to the Career site field on the Company control page (see Provide access to the ATS from the HRIS).

Improvements

  • Fixed footer for all performance evaluation forms: Form footer options are now fixed, making them always visible when scrolling through a form.

  • Provision of job type in API and revision of the API documentation: Job type is now available in the Folks API, and the documentation has been improved (see https://api.folkshr.app/api/documentation).

Bug fixes

  • Employee summary:
    • Fixed a bug that caused the preference of selected fields not to be retained with the Show/hide button.
    • Resolved the problem of page slowness.
  • Personal history: Fixed a bug that caused information on deleted employee profiles to be displayed in the personal history.

  • User list: Fixed a bug when exporting the user list that generated an empty Excel file for all companies.

  • Calendar: Fixed a bug where the Edit button redirected users to the absence control page instead of the employee’s absence request.

  • Expense accounts: Fixed a bug where users were redirected to an empty detailed analysis page after clicking on an expense account request to approve in the reminder and notification center.
