Home: Fixed a bug where apostrophes turned into special characters in the certificates to be renewed section.

Expense accounts:
- Fixed a bug that prevented an attachment from being added when editing an unrestricted draft expense account request.
- Fixed a bug that prevented the deletion of an attachment when editing a restricted expense account request.

Work accidents: Fixed a bug where apostrophes turned into special characters in the in depth accident analysis.

Atmosphere: Fixed a bug that prevented the in depth atmosphere analysis from being exported.

Positions: Fixed a bug where ascending sort by code did not work in the positions page.

Performance evaluation:
- Fixed a bug that prevented an employee from being added to an ongoing evaluation process with the hiring date as the launch date when the process was launched manually.
- Fixed a bug when printing a completed process for an employee where the self-assessment was not printed.
- Fixed a bug when saving two changes in a process.
- Fixed a bug when editing a process where modifying/deleting answer choices and repeatedly clicking on the diskette to save did not work.
- Fixed a bug that prevented goal renewal.
- Fixed a bug when removing the self-assessment form from a copy of a process containing a supervisor form and a self-assessment where the self-assessment was not removed.
