Before launching Offboarding for an employee, it's important to configure the information in each process.
Creating tasks
The first step is to create Onboarding tasks by going to Admin > Human Resources > Onboarding/Offboarding > Task management. For more information on how to create offboarding tasks, please refer to the article Creating a task for an offboarding process.
Setting up templates
Once the tasks have been created, the next step is to set up Offboarding templates in the Template management section and link the tasks to the templates. For more information on how to do this, please refer to the article Creating offboarding templates.
Linking templates to job titles
The final step is to link the created templates to each of the job titles present in the system within the Position / Template page. For further information, please refer to the article Link offboarding templates to positions.
