Link offboarding templates to positions

It is important that each job title in your system is linked to an offboarding template, otherwise it will not be possible to launch processes.

1. To do so, go to the "Admin > Human Resources > Onboarding/Offboarding > Position/ Template" section.

2. Using the drop-down menus and based on the positions present, assign offboarding processes.

WARNING :

If an offboarding template has been deleted in the "Admin > Human Resources > Onboarding/Offboarding > Template Management" section and it was linked to a position, the position will no longer have a linked template. It is important to make changes if this situation occurs.

WARNING :

If you replace a template from one position to another, the changes will be present only for those processes that are not yet launched.

3. Click on "Save".
