Link onboarding templates to job titles

It is important that each of the job titles in your system is linked to an onboarding template, otherwise it will not be possible to launch processes.

1. To do so, go to the "Admin > Human Resources > Onboarding/Offboarding > Position / Template" section.

2. Using the drop-down menus and based on the job titles present, assign onboarding and integration processes.

WARNING :

If an onboarding template has been deleted in the "Admin > Human Resources > Onboarding/Offboarding> Template Management" section and it was linked to a job title, the job title will no longer have a linked template. It is important to make changes in the event that this situation occurs.

WARNING :

If you replace a template from one job title to another, the changes will be present only for those processes that are not yet launched.

3. Click on "Save".
