A candidate profile can be created in various ways: via the Resume parser, the LinkedIn plugin, manually, or when a candidate applies for a job or is linked to a position by a recruiter.
This centralized space allows you to easily view and manage the candidate’s information. You can add, edit, or delete their data to ensure optimal tracking and continuous updating of their profile.
In this article, you will learn everything you need to know about the candidate profile. Note that the mini-profile corresponds to what is available when you preview a candidate.
Searching for Candidates
Use the search bar in the header to look for a candidate by their name. Advanced search is also available, allowing you to search using multiple criteria.
Tip: To access all candidates in your database (Total candidates), simply click the magnifying glass icon to the right of the search field.
Customizing a Candidate’s Profile
- Open the candidate’s profile.
- Click on the gear icon (Modify layout) on the right side of the screen.
- Move, delete, or resize the widgets.
- Add new widgets using the + button (Add widget).
- Click the disk icon to save your changes.

Contents of the Candidate Profile
The candidate profile contains several sections, including the following:
Profile
This widget displays the candidate’s main information.
- Edit information by clicking on the pencil icon.
- Use colours to indicate the candidate’s level of interest:
- Green: Good candidate.
- Yellow: Average candidate.
- Red: Do not contact again.
At the top, other icons allow you to:
Permanently delete the candidate.
Download their file.

Comments
- Click the pencil icon at the top right to add a comment.
- Use @mention to notify a colleague.
- The "speech bubble" icon allows you to view the comments history.
Interviews
Schedule and track phone, in-person, or Microsoft Teams/Google Meet interviews.
Internal comment: Visible only to the team.
Email message: Email sent to the candidate.
Tip: You can also allow the candidate to choose the interview date and time by ticking the "Send my availability" box. This option uses your calendar.
Job History
This widget displays the positions where the candidate has been or is still in process.
- Click the small plus to link a candidate to a new job request.
Forms
Three forms are available:
- Consent (sharing of personal data – Law 25).
- Information (sensitive data).
- Candidate (reference checks).
Sending: Select a form and send it by email.
Expiration: The candidate can respond until the defined deadline.
Integration:
- Answers to the consent and information forms are integrated into the software through merge fields. You won’t need to handle the information manually.
- Responses to the candidate forms are only visible within the widget.
