Password reset
On the login page, click the I forgot my password button.
In the window that opens, enter the email address associated with your account.
Click Send a new password. A password reset email will be sent to you.
Follow the instructions in the e-mail.
When choosing your new password, it must meet the following criteria:
At least one number
At least one letter (uppercase not required)
At least one special character from the following: !@#$%^&*()+
A minimum of 6 characters
