Summary - Using filters

The Performance Evaluation module's Summary page lets you use filters to create customized views and reports. Filter options are located in the menu that opens by clicking on the funnel icon.

 

Use basic filters

  1. Select the organizational structure(s) (Working Sites, Departments or Job Titles) according to your needs.
  2. Select process(es) as required
  3. Click on the Apply button ➝ The menu will close and the results will be filtered according to the chosen parameters.

 

Use advanced filters

Advanced filters allow you to display results according to values

  1. Click on the "+" to the right of the Qualitative Results filter label or the Quantitative Results filter label as required.

  2. Select filter options by results type as required
  3. Click on the Apply button ➝ The menu will close and the results will be filtered according to the chosen parameters.
