The results of evaluation entries are represented in several ways.

 

1 - According to their type:

  • Qualitative: Represented by a circle or a star


  • Quantitative: Represented by a percentage score


  • Unaccounted for: Represented by a blue square

2 - According to evaluation status

Planned

This is a future occurrence, i.e. not yet triggered.

  • Qualitative: Represented by a light gray shape

  • Quantitative: Represented by the "%" symbol, also pale grey.

Completed

This is an occurrence whose evaluation has been completed.

  • Qualitative: Represented by a colored shape

  • Quantitative: Represented by a percentage score

 

Not completed

This is a current or past occurrence whose evaluation has not been completed.

  • Qualitative: Represented by a gray outline shape

  • Quantitative: Represented by the symbols "-%".

3 - Result not shared with employee

When the result is not shared with the employee, the result is displayed in dark gray according to type.
