If your account is blocked and you are unable to login, you can ask a user with access to the ATS to follow the steps below to unlock it.
However, if you are the only person with access to Folks ATS, please contact us at support@folkshr.com.
- In the main menu, click on Parameters > Module Configuration.
- On the module configuration page, click on Connection Log.
- Click on List of blocked accounts to unlock the user's account from this page.
Once these steps are completed, you will be able to log in normally. If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password link on the login page (once your account is unlocked).
To prevent your account from being locked again, we suggest using the Forgot Password option after two failed login attempts.
