Through the Job Sync API, Folks ATS integrates directly with Indeed for streamlined job posting and application management.
How does the integration work?
When you enable posting to Indeed, your job listings are automatically posted with your pre-screening questions integrated into the Indeed Apply form.
Job updates and closures are also automatically synced, and applications received are directly routed to the ATS.

How do I get started with the integration?
Configuration
- In the main menu, click Settings > Integrations.
- In the Market place section, click Indeed.
- In the configuration window that opens, enter your Indeed account name. The Client ID and Secret key fields are no longer required, but they can't be left empty. We recommend entering a period . You can add multiple accounts if needed.
- When you're done, click Validate.
Next, contact your Indeed account manager (their contact information is in the Help section of your Indeed portal) or write to employer-help@indeed.com, copying us (CC), to request that the Folks HR API integration be connected to your Indeed employer account.
The source to connect is named Folks HR. Folks ATS uses an API integration with Indeed, and it should be the only source linked to your account.
Posting a Job
To display your jobs on Indeed, simply enter your Indeed page name in the Name of the company field when posting a job.
- In the main menu, click Jobs.
- In the jobs list, click Offline (Job Posting) to the right of the job title. You can also view your jobs directly from the job details by clicking the megaphone icon (Job Posting) at the top right of the page.
- In the job posting window, you can, among other things, make changes, verify information, and add a pre-screening form.
- Under the Information section, enter your Indeed page name in the Name of the company field to display the job on Indeed. The Reply email domain name must also match the company name. Please allow 6h hours for the job to appear.
- When you've finished, click Validate.
Warning! All jobs posted on the career page must be displayed on Indeed. If the number is not the same on both platforms, Indeed will not post any of the jobs.
