How to cancel the sending of a document?
When you are on the tracking page for documents sent for signature, click on the ellipsis ⋮ to the right of the document and click Cancel.
A pop up will open asking you to confirm. Click Cancel signature request.
⚠️The signer(s) will not be notified that the document to be signed has been canceled. If the email has already reached their inbox, it will remain there. However, when they try to open the link, they will see that it is no longer available.
