Payroll Preparation and Synchronization
Synchronize employee data with a single click. Benefit from automated payroll calculations that take into account deductions, taxes (based on provincial tax rates), and benefits.
Send employee timesheets to payroll or import time data and amounts from an external system to submit them for payroll processing.
Dashboard
The dashboard allows you to perform several actions, including configuring your business settings. By clicking on the menu, you can also access year-end tax packages, reports, employees, and employment records (ROEs).
Administrators can view all the information in the module, access the current payroll, and process it. Any access to the module allows users to view all the information.
Source Deductions
Source deductions (SDs) are one of the most sensitive steps in payroll: they must be calculated correctly, securely transferred, and remitted on time to Revenu Québec, the Canada Revenue Agency, and other relevant authorities.
Given the high regulatory and financial stakes associated with this process, we entrust this responsibility to Nmbr, our partner specialised in fund transfers.
Nmbr holds a certification number from Revenu Québec (ED-20 V2023-04-005). It is also registered under the Retail Payment Activities Act (RPAA) and regulated by the Bank of Canada, which requires the protection of all funds through trust accounts during their transit.
See the list of Authorized Software for Producing and Filing RL Slips on Revenu Québec website.
