How to manage a dual supervision situation:
In some cases, you may need two managers to supervise the same employee. Although the system does not directly allow you to designate two supervisors, there is a workaround for this limitation:
- Creating a shared user: It is possible to create a user in the system that represents both managers. ⚠️Warning: This shared account will have access to the same information as the two individual managers.
- Division of responsibilities: The two managers can divide approval tasks between themselves as needed.
- Notification management: Only the manager assigned to the employee's file will appear in the organizational chart as the official supervisor and will receive email notifications. This distinction is important to maintain clarity in communication.
