Complete steps for setting up Onboarding and Offboarding

Before launching onboarding, it's important to configure the information in each process/template.

Creating tasks

The first step is to create onboarding tasks by going to Admin > Human Resources > Onboarding and Offboarding > Task management.

Creating templates

Once tasks have been created, the second step is to set up Onboarding templates in the Template management section and link tasks to templates. For more information on how to do this, please refer to the article Creating Onboarding templates.

Linking templates to job titles

The final step is to link the templates created to each of the job titles present in the system, in the section Ondoarding/Offboarding: position / template. For more information, see Link Onboarding templates to job titles.

Trigger an onboarding process

Once the configurations have been completed, it is possible to trigger an Onboarding process for new employees from the Employee Profile. For more information on how to trigger a Onboarding process for an employee, please refer to the article Launch an onboarding process.
