The Evaluation Questionnaires section allows you to create evaluation questionnaires for each type of evaluator. Each questionnaire can contain several sections which in turn contain several statements of the same type.

1. Select the type of statement contained in the section

You must choose among the following 3 types:

  • Criteria
  • Objective
  • Custom text

You can add as many statements as you want in each section, but only one type of statement can be included in a section.
